Registration & Waitlist

Welcome to SPG, where we’d love to accommodate everyone but …..

As of September 2024:

There is currently no space in SPG’s programs. Please email spgoutofschoolcare@gmail.com to be placed on the waitlist. There is no waitlist fee. Your child will be listed based on the date your email is received. It is recommended that you enrol for ANY open space offered, even if it does not exactly match your needs, so you do not lose your place on the list.

Starting every September, vacancies are filled as follows:

  •  First ten vacancies to new Kindergarten students, siblings priority.
  •  Any additional vacancies in September are offered to current part-time members in order of registration and age-group.
  •  As vacancies open up throughout the year, they are offered to current members in order of registration and age group.
  • Once all current members have been accommodated, spaces will be offered to those on the wait list in order of date of email request, alternating between incoming Kinders and those Grades 1 – 7.

After that, you will only be contacted semi-annually to confirm you want to remain on the list or once a space is available. Please note, if you decline an offered space or do not respond to our emails, your name will not be kept on the waitlist.
