Before the fun begins

We need to boost our energy stores. So every afternoon at 3pm Judi has either FRESH FRUIT or FRESH VEGETABLES on offer PLUS the following main course items on a regular rotation. Items are typically repeated twice monthly.

  • Caesar Salad with Croutons and Parmesan
  • Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
  • Chips and Salsa with Cheese and Sour Cream and Pepperoni
  • Perogies and Sour Cream with Cheese and Pepperoni
  • Fresh-Baked Muffins
  • All-Beef Hot Dogs with Cheese
  • Cereal and Milk
  • Sweet Potato Fries or French Fries and Cheese
  • Cheese and Crackers and Salami
  • Bagels with Cream Cheese and Jam
  • Pasta with Tomato Sauce and Parmesan
  • Annie’s Mac and Cheese
  • *everyone’s favourite* MINI PIZZAS on English Muffins
